The eleventh week of practicum ETP5016
8th August 2022: Monday (3 periods)
For 1AB today, they learned about the new topic which is sound waves. There are some students who know basic knowledge of how sound is produced. Throughout the lesson, the students were allowed to interrupt the class if they have any questions.
For 5AG, we continue the discussion on the topic of heat for subtopic specific latent heat and gas laws. The students were asked to draw the heat curve and cooling curve. They really don't remember how to explain the graph. I help them by explaining the graph in detail with examples.
Collected the module for me to check their work throughout the first semester 2022.
9th August 2022: Tuesday (2 periods)
I planned to conduct an experiment to show the relationship between the pressure and volume of a fixed mass of gas with 5AF because other experiments under the topic heat cannot be done because the apparatus in the lab for that experiment is broken since 2019. To overcome the problem, I showed students the video of other people conducting the experiment and record the data for their report.
Meeting with Unit Peperiksaan
10th August 2022: Wednesday (2 periods)
For 3IK today, nothing unusual happened. I continue the lesson on the next subtopic which is solving the problems involving pressure in the liquid and the application of pressure in liquid in life. For 5AF, we continue the discussion for the exam papers from the previous test. The mark will be recorded in the portfolio.

11th August 2022: Thursday (3 periods)
For 1AG today, they learned about the new topic which is sound waves. There are some students who know basic knowledge of how sound is produced. Throughout the lesson, the students were allowed to interrupt the class if they have any questions.
For 3IK, we focused to discuss the revision for the final exam because we have already done the syllabus. We managed to discuss 4 sets of objective questions and I gave them 3 sets of subjective questions for them to do self-revision.
12th August 2022: Friday (1 period)
For 5AG, also preparation for final exam.
