The sixth week of practicum ETP5016
20th June 2022: Monday (3 periods)
For 1AB class, I always need to remind them to come early to class because today we will conduct the first experiment with a complete lab report need to be done. The topic steps in a scientific investigation to differentiate each science process skills, how to carry out the experiment, and how to solve a simple problem by conducting the experiment.
For 5AG class, revision for topic pressure (pressure in liquid and atmospheric pressure). Same as 5AF, students are given the task to do presentation for questions that have been assigned to them. From the discussion, I can see that some of the students really did well and put the effort into the discussion. But there are some of them who need to be motivated to come out with good explanation.

21st June 2022: Tuesday (2 periods)
For 5AF, we do the revision on gas pressure, Pascal's principle, Archimedes' principle, and Bernoulli's principle. The activity in class for today is for students need to come out with an interactive mindmap to see whether they really understand the topic or not. A good mind-map came from Mujahid and Adam which is very neat and tidy.

22nd June 2022: Wednesday (2 periods)
For 3IK today, we proceed to the subtopic from chapter force and motion I, which are Force, Impulse and impulsive force, and Weight. From the previous year, students already know what is force, what is formula for force and also weight. But for impulse and impulsive force, the subtopic is completely new. So, to help students, I will conduct a simple activity to help them understand more about the topic.
Practicing students to do presentations is one of the skills that need to be developed in the classroom. For today's class, we conducted an experiment to show the factors that affect the pressure in liquids. Afzar from 5AF has volunteered to share his result with the class. I usually will help students to elaborate on the detail more further.
23rd June 2022: Thursday (3 periods)

For 3IK today, we proceed to the new chapter which is force and motion II (resultant force). This topic is very tricky. I used slides from Guru Cemerlang Fizik from Melaka to help me teach this topic. I used these slides that are very interactive and help students see the animation of objects and also colorful slides full of information.
